I’m Alexis, a podiatry student at Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. My journey into podiatry started with the television show My Feet Are Killing Me on TLC and led me to Des Moines University’s Health Professional Advanced Summer Scholar program in 2022. Fast forward three years, one MCAT, one application cycle, and one interview later, and here I am at the end of one journey but the beginning of another.
